Assessment of job satisfaction and quality of life in public health assistants

The aim of this research is to determine the levels of job satisfaction, life quality and affecting factors in public health assistants who work in Turkey. Our study is a cross-sectional survey conducted between March and August 2016 with 126 assistant doctors throughout Turkey. The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and the Short-Form Quality of Life Scale were used in the questionnaire.
