Relationship Between Three-Dimensional Performance′s Dynamic Coordination of Enterprise Cluster and the Regional Industrial Competitiveness

In the information economy era,research paradigm of regional industrial competitiveness has changed.The main representations are as follows: industrial organization becomes the focus of the regional industrial competitiveness theory;production network paradigm becomes the new one of the industrial organization research;enterprise clusters become the leading regional industry organization under the production networks paradigm.However,not all the enterprise clusters have positive performances to the formation of regional industrial competitiveness.Enterprise cluster will be seen as a complex system compounded with the subsystems of economy,society and ecology.The collaborative effect which comes from interactive association of three-dimensional performance of economy-society-ecology,is an important source of the regional industrial competitiveness.Three-dimensional performance of enterprise cluster′s complex system has multiple and unbalanced character.Only it achieves dynamic coordination,the regional industry would maintain lasting competitiveness.Therefore,in the process of cultivating the enterprise clusters,local government must pay attention to maintaining three-dimensional performance's dynamic coordination of enterprise cluster.
