The invention discloses an anti-dent safe well lid, comprising a well lid (5) and a well ring assembly (1), wherein the well ring assembly (1) comprises a widened upper well ring (2), a widened lower well ring (3) and a location rod (7); a bulged circular groove (12) used for placing the well lid (5) is formed on the upper surface of the widened upper well ring (2); a buffering pad (6) is arranged between the widened upper well ring (2) and the widened lower well ring (3); the location rod (7) sequentially penetrates through the widened upper well ring (2), the buffering pad (6) and the widened lower well ring (3); and the both ends of the location rod (7) are fastened by nuts. The anti-dent safe well lid has the following advantages that with a double-buffering design, on the one hand, the well ring assembly is composed of the widened upper-layer well ring and the widened lower-layer well ring, thus increasing a contact surface and reducing a pressure; on the other hand, waste tire grains are used as a buffering rubber pad material for supporting the upper-layer well ring, so as to relieve an instant impact pressure in the case that heavy vehicles run through, and the buffering rubber pad has no effect in the case that small vehicles pass through, so that a road keeps flat; and moreover, the waste old tires are used as the buffering rubber pad material, so that the anti-dent safe well lid is low in cost and environment-friendly.
