Electric vehicle with charging protection circuit

The invention relates to an electric vehicle with a charging protection circuit, which comprises a power battery manager, a vehicle interior battery and an electric vehicle system controller, wherein the power battery manager is used for receiving the charging of an external power source; after the external charging is completed, the power battery manager is used for charging the vehicle interior battery and providing the power source for the whole circuit. The electric vehicle is characterized by also comprising a first relay, a second relay and a third relay. Through arranging a plurality of relays by the electric vehicle, when the electric vehicle is connected to electric vehicle like a charging post and the like, the relays are controlled to disconnect the vehicle interior battery from the electric vehicle system controller, and a control circuit cannot work, whereas when the electric vehicle is disconnected from the charging equipment like the charging post and the like, the relays are controlled to reset the connection of the vehicle interior battery and the electric vehicle system controller, and the control circuit works again, and thereby, the electric vehicle is ensured not to be started during the charging process, and further, safe charging is ensured.
