Palladium(II) tetrakis(1-pyrazolyl)borate and some related species

Abstract The structure of the complex Pd[B(pz) 4 ] 2 (Hpz = pyrazole) has been explained on the basis of variable-temperature 1 H NMR studies. Reactions of M[B(pz) 4 ] 2 (M = Pd, Zn, Pb) with metal dichlorides have been studied and the complexes Pd[B(pz) 4 ] 2 · 2PdCl 2 and Pd[B(pz) 4 ] 2 ·2ZnCl 2 have been isolated.
