Electronic cloning and analysis of domestic dog RNF141 gene

Using alignment,assembling and other biological informatic programs,full length cDNA sequence of domestic dog RNF141 gene was cloned,which was 1450 bp long,including an open reading frame of 231 amino acids.The flanking sequence of start codon is accord with Kozak rule.Domestic dog RNF141 gene shared 96% amino acid identities and 90% nucleotide identities with human RNF141 gene.
