Management et performances d'un processus de formation

This article aims to present an approach to the design of the strategy of skills production systems. This method is inspired by current approaches in many sectors of the production systems of goods and services. The proposed approach leads to having a model of the system studied, a structured expression of its strategy before defining and deploying it according to a structured phase of piloting design. The article shows that it is interesting to define, at first, the significant processes in order to limit the approach to deploying the strategy.
