Research and Design of Automatic Anti-jamming Technology with Soft Performance for Drilling Jumbo

The several kinds of rock-drilling jamming mechanisms for drilling jumbo were investigated,and it was found that rock-drilling jamming has a significant correlation with the variances of rotation torque and feeding pressure.A comprehensive automatic anti-jamming controlling scheme was proposed,and a intellectual closed-loop feedback control system was designed for drilling jumbo,which adopted automatic anti-jamming technology with soft performance to identify the pressure characteristic curve of the hydraulic pressure system,thus it can guarantee the realization of automatic anti-jamming function to make drilling jumbo normally work when drilling in complicated rock stratum.
