The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material with superior heat-conducting property and a preparation method thereof. The carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polypropylene resin, 20-80 parts of asphalt-based carbon fibers, 10-20 parts of an inorganic filler, 10-20 parts of a compatilizer, 0.5-5 parts of a coupling agent, 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant and 0-3 parts of a lubricating agent. Compared with the prior art, the composite material provided by the invention has high rigidity and high heat-conducting property, and is suitable for the production and machining of thin-wall light electronic/electrical products; and moreover, the raw material cost is low, a preparation process is simple, and the method is suitable for industrial continuous production.
