전열촉진관을 이용한 관군에서 R-1233zd(E)의 대류 비등

The present study experimentally investigated on flow boiling test using R-1233zd(E) on enhanced tubes. Enhanced tubes were made for the test. The main dimensions are 4.4 mm in wall thickness, 19.05 mm in outer diameter, and 10.00 mm in inner diameter. The inner groove of the tube was not processed. Test apparatus consisted of a test section, micro-gear pump, condensation section, pre-heater and test section. Tests were conducted for the following range; mass flux 8 kg/m2s, heat flux from 5 to 40 kW/m2 and saturation temperature 4.4℃. Compared with previous studies using water as a heat source, it was well within 10% error. The heat transfer coefficient is strongly dependent on the heat flux without being influenced by bubbles occurring in the near tubes.
