Ecological embankment construction for river

2006
An ecological revetment installation structure for a river is provided to prevent the flow rate of water from being increased and the ecosystem from being destroyed by comprising a multi step-circular revetment block with opening holes. An ecological revetment installation structure for a river(1) includes a base plate(10) consecutively fixed by installing base piles(12) at the lower part of the boundary area of the river and a bank(2) and formed with plural installation holes having predetermined bores, wherein the base piles surface-contacted with the bank have extension piles(14) connected to a predetermined height; a multi-step circular revetment block(20) whose one end is fitted to the installation holes and other end is installed with multi-steps, wherein the front side surfaced-contacted with the river is formed with opening holes(22) where fish and an organism move around and the other side is supported at the extension pile by a binding support device(28); a waterproof reinforcing sheet(30) preventing the side pressure of the river; and a gabion(40) inserted to the lowest end of the revetment block to provide the resistant force of the block.
