Multi-data Aggregation Scheme Based on Multiple Subsets to Realize User Privacy Protection

2018
Data aggregation technology is a kind of technology to protect the user’s power privacy. At present, most of the data aggregation schemes treat the user’s power consumption data collected from smart meter as one-dimensional processing, and the control center collects only the total power consumption of all users, and can not implement fine-grained analysis for power consumption of user. In order to solve this problem, a multidimensional data aggregation scheme to preserve user’s privacy based on multi-subset is proposed, which sets the user’s power consumption data as multi-dimensional, divides the user into several subsets according to the power consumption, and encrypts the user’s power consumption information with homomorphic encryption technology. The scheme can calculate the number of users in each subset and the total amount of electricity consumption per dimension data of all users. On the basis of protecting the privacy of users’ electricity consumption data, fine-grained analysis of electricity consumption information can realize the most advanced control of green electricity consumption and facilitate the formulation of gradient tariff policy. It is proved that this scheme can resist multiple attacks, and satisfy the characters of confidentiality, authentication and integrity in theory. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme has high computational performance.
