Group Company Policy Revision (Subsidiary Dissolution)

At a meeting today of the board of directors of the GMO Internet consolidated subsidiary JWord Inc., current policy was revised and it was decided to close and dissolve the subsidiary Aijie Network Software (Beijing) Co.,Ltd. at the end of December. This subsidiary was established as an investment by JWord in technology development abroad, and will be closed as the technology development resources can now be secured within Japan.
