Effect of "responsible and holistic nursing" in high-quality care activities

Objective: To explore the effect of "responsible and holistic nursing" in high-quality care activities. Methods: Summarized the implementation methods of "responsible and holistic nursing" in our hospital,patients' satisfaction and the quality of clinical nursing care were compared before and after the practice of this program. Results: The patients' satisfaction and the clinical nursing quality were significantly improved through implementing "responsible and holistic nursing" compared with those before the implementation of the project(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: The implementation of "responsible and holistic nursing" can render high-quality and satisfying nursing service to the patients,and promote the quality of nursing.On the whole,this project is beneficial to the implementation of high-quality care activities.
