Study on a Thin-walled Fork Processing Technology of CNC Machining Parts

Issues on thin-walled aluminum alloy fork part of technical requirements,structural characteristics and difficult processing of thin-walled process were analyzed,and a suitable NC processing technology developed.In addition,based on optimization process,MasterCAM was selected for automatic programming.Then high-precision machining of the part is achieved.
