Immunoperoxidase identification of nucleated cells in urine in glomerular and acute tubular disorders

We have recently reported a technique for identifying nonsquamous nucleated cells and cellular casts in urine using a panel of commercially available monoclonal antibodies and an immunoperoxidase technique. In this study we have utilized this technique to examine urine samples from patients with CN, NCN, ATN and AIN and have found it useful in distinguishing CN from NCN and ATN from AIN
