The invention relates to an efficient hydrophobic and oil-absorbing multistage treatment device. The efficient hydrophobic and oil-absorbing multistage treatment device comprises an unwinding device, a soaking and extruding device, baking devices, a spraying device, a cooling and winding device and a gas circulating device. The efficient hydrophobic and oil-absorbing multistage treatment device is characterized in that a porous material such as sponge or three-dimensional porous fabric is subjected to sufficient soaking and roller extruding through the soaking and extruding device containing nano-particle finishing liquor and then conveyed to the baking device, the temperature gradient (90 DEG C, 85 DEG C, 80 DEG C and 75 DEG C) is set for stage-by-stage drying, nano-particles are uniformly adsorbed to the porous material, then the porous material is conveyed to the spraying device provided with multiple 360-degree omni-directional spraying and soaking nozzles, conveyed to the second-stage baking device for rapid drying and subjected to cooling shaping and winding one-off forming, and a volatile solvent is recycled by the gas circulating device, so that continuous preparation of a super-hydrophobic and oleophylic material is achieved. The efficient hydrophobic and oil-absorbing multistage treatment device has the advantages that operation is easy, continuous production is achieved, environment protection and energy conservation are achieved, and cost is lowered. The efficient hydrophobic and oil-absorbing multistage treatment device can also be applied to functional finishing of net gear and fabric and has broad market prospects.
