It becomes an important approach for establishing outside college training bases all together by the cooperation of colleges and enterprises to increase talents' training quality in higher vocational colleges,and improve the level of running and teaching staff construction.At present,some difficulties are come across in the course of constructing and managing outside college training bases,such as the different goals pursued by higher vocational colleges and enterprises,the contradiction between the training of students' vocational skills and enterprises' productive cost,and the contradiction between students role and employees role.Therefore,cooperation of colleges and enterprises and establishing outside college training bases all together should be developed in the aspect of system construction,teaching group construction and the deep combination of colleges and enterprises to achieve talents' training goal.
