Exploration and Practice in Teaching Reform of Technological Application Type Undergraduate Course "Food Enzymology"

Some exploration and practice were made in the teaching reform of technological application type undergraduate course "food enzymology",teaching content was optimized,the heuristic teaching method was adopted and the test mode was improved.We not only paid attention to imparting specialty knowledge to the students but also paid more attention to impart learning methods to the students.It was beneficial to improving the teaching effects and promoting both the ability and the comprehensive quality of the students.
