A New TWSTFT Modem with Code and Carrier Phases

A new TWSTFT modem was developed for both time and frequency transfer. The code and carrier phase measurements become available by it. We evaluated the performance in a common-clock and non common-clock measurements. The results encourage us to widely spread the use of the new modem.
