The present invention relates to rapamycin substituted triazole derivatives and uses. More specifically, the present invention relates to a compound of the following formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, isomers, esters, prodrugs thereof, wherein the substituents X, R, R1 and the n have the meanings given in the specification meaning. The present invention further relates to the use of compounds of formula I for the preparation of the treatment and / or prophylaxis of cancer. The compounds of this invention have excellent biological activity.
