The invention discloses a partition wall in a building. The partition wall comprises a semi-transparent body and a frame, wherein the semi-transparent body forms the main body of the partition board, a groove is formed in the inner side of the frame, an LED lamp band is arranged in the groove, reflective strips are distributed on the inner wall of the groove, the periphery of the semi-transparent body is embedded in and fixed to the groove, and the frame is fixed to the building. Light emitted by the LED lamp band is guided out through the semi-transparent body of the partition wall in the building to form a light curtain to be used for illumination or decoration, and the partition wall can serve as a semi-transparent partition wall when no light is emitted.
