도시재생을 통한 지구단위계획의 활성화방안

The objective of district unit planning is systematically to rationalize land uses in the target region of urban planning, to improve its functions and fine-view, to secure a pleasant environment, and to manage the region. In addition, this district unit planning has been introduced by inspecting materials and environmental problems of those cities in detail and improving the quality of urban environment, but, it has been caused not to meet the original intentions, and it often faces only as a planning due to the redundant regulations, the business-oriented plans, and the lack of execution means in reality. In this study, in addition to the designation of the district unit plan, it is analyzed in detail what was implemented through the district unit plan so far, and if it was not enforced, for what reason, the purpose of this study is to explore the ways of revitalization of the region through linkage between urban planning and urban regeneration. The scope of this study is limited to the district unit planning area of Seoul city. In addition, we plan to review the plan contents and current contents at the time of designation by selecting case sites to solve the problems.
