Welding device for end head of single-piece net of shield segment

The invention belongs to the related field of processing equipment for single-piece nets of shield segments, and discloses a welding device for an end head of a single-piece net of a shield segment. The welding device comprises a rack and a movable rack which is positioned on the rack and is movable, wherein a clamping mechanism which moves along with the movable rack, and a welding gun drive mechanism are arranged on the movable rack; the single-piece net is put on a processing position of the rack; the clamping mechanism is used for clamping and fixing the end part of the single-piece net; and the welding gun drive mechanism is used for driving a welding gun to move to the processing position. The welding device is equipped with the clamping mechanism which moves along with the movable rack and the welding gun drive mechanism, the end part of the single-piece net is clamped and fixed via the clamping mechanism, the welding gun is regulated to a welding position via the welding gun drive mechanism, and the end part of the single-piece net is welded. The welding device can be used for processing single-piece nets, of various specifications, of shield segments, and has the advantages of high degree of automation and high welding efficiency.
