Product Innovation,Architecture Change and Culture Synergy——An Analysis on Sustainable Growth of Electronic Enterprises Based on Multi-case Comparison

Based on the sustainable growth theory of firms,it uses multi-case method to study four electronic manufacturing firms including Motorola,Acer,Lenovo and Huawei,and analyzes their organizational changes and transformation experiences during the period when their scales increased from 1 billion USD to 10 billions USD.Scale-based organizational evolution path is summarized from three aspects of market and product strategy,organizational structure,and organizational culture and system.It shows certain patterns in organizational evolution along the scale growth.However,the contents and approaches of organizational transformation differ greatly.Therefore,the key for firms to maintain sustainable growth is to flexibly adapt the content and methods of organizational transformation to rapid changing environment.
