Leadership concept is a research field that takes place in the literature as the area of interest of researchers from past to present. As a result of changes in organizations and employee expectations, the concept of leadership is constantly developing and different leadership styles enter the literature. Among these leadership styles, ethical leadership, visionary leadership, charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership, transactional leadership and authentic leadership are frequently preferred in the literature. The aim of the study is to make a bibliometric analysis of the articles published in the international literature especially regarding these leadership styles, which have a tendency to increase since 2009, with various parameters. In accordance with this purpose, the articles published in SSCI, SCI-EXPANDED and A & HCI citation indexes on the Web of Science database between 1975 and 2020 were examined and the data obtained were mapped with VOSviewer 1.6.15 software version. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the journal with the most articles on the mentioned leadership styles was "Leadership Quarterly", while the journal with the most citations was "Journal of Applied Psychology". In terms of the number of citations, Shamir, House and Arthur (1993) 's work was the most cited article, while the most cited researcher in the author co-citation network was Bass. The most used keyword within the scope of the articles examined is transformational leadership as well as it has been determined that this keyword has an intense relationship with transactional leadership. When the country-institutional cooperation is examined, the United States of America leads the countries and Erasmus University leads the institutions.
