Bi-component environment-friendly inorganic polymer coating material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a bi-component environment-friendly inorganic polymer coating material and a preparation method thereof. When being used for thick-layer coating processes (roll coating, knife coating and spray finishing) or thin-layer coating processes (brush coating and spray finishing), the coating material is prepared by mixing a prepared component A and a prepared component B at a weight ratio of (1.6-1.8):1 or (0.7-0.8):1. The component A is prepared by mixing 25-35 or 65-85 parts by weight of calcined kaolin, 1-2 parts by weight of pigment, 1-2 or 2-4 parts by weight of hardening accelerator and 55-75 or 8-35 parts of filler, and fully stirring the mixture. The component B is prepared by fully stirring 2-4 parts by weight of thickening agent and 96-98 parts by weight of excitant solution. The coating material prepared by the method has the properties of heat resistance, acid-base resistance, water resistance, freeze-thaw cycle resistance and the like, has the advantages of decorative performance, low cost and no pollution to environment, and belongs to an environment-friendly material.
