Činnost pultu centralizované ochrany a součinnost s integrovaným záchranným systémem

The topic of this work is the issue regarding the Alarm Receiving Centre in the commercial security industry. The first part is focused on hardware and software. Fundamental concepts are defined herein concerning the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Much attention is also paid to communication between the ARC and guarded buildings. An important part of the work is the terminology in which terms found in other chapters are explained. The author also analyzes the transmission of data and other ARC functions, which are summarized in a general description. The analytic part deals with the solution of specific situations that may occur when operating the ARC. The thesis contains procedures and directives in certain sectors of the commercial security industry.
