Granulation system of organic products

The utility model provides a granulation device applicable to process organic product granules with good sphericity. A fluidized bed and a spray atomization system are simultaneously arranged in a granulation chamber of the device; a distribution plate of the fluidized bed is a porous sieve plate having a certain inclination angle; the spray atomization system is a feeding pipe provided with a two-fluid nozzle; the feeding pipe is formed by encasing an inner pipe in an outer pipe, passes through the distribution plate of the fluidized bed, and extends into the granulation chamber; the inner pipe of the feeding pipe is a feed liquid conveying pipe; the outer pipe is a spouted gas inlet pipe; and the top end of the feeding pipe is provided with the two-fluid nozzle which can spray feed liquid and gas simultaneously into the granulation chamber. The granulation device organically integrates the fluidized bed, the spray atomization system and a drying system into a whole, and can produce granular organic products with good sphericity, uniform granularity, high density and good fluidity. Moreover, the granulation device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and low atomization energy consumption, and is especially applicable to process granular potassium sorbate products.
