Short-edge lap joint construction process for non-asphalt-base waterproof rolls

2012
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof rolls and particularly relates to a short-edge lap joint process for non-asphalt-base waterproof rolls. The process comprises the steps of during short edge lap joint, cutting a non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and removing a lower isolation membrane on the non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; laying the face of the non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with the lower isolation membrane removed on the rough surface of the upper portion of a polymer sheet at the short edge lamp joint position flatly; removing the isolation membrane on the non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, heating the non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to a molten state through a hot air fan, melting the molten adhesive tape into the rough surface of the polymer sheet, and putting the short edge lap joint position of another polymer sheet flatly on the non-asphalt-base pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; performing compression with a roller to complete lap joint. According to the short-edge lap joint process, complexity and unreliability of prior processes are avoided, the site construction is free of open fire, safe and environment-friendly standards are achieved, the site operation is flexible and convenient, and the lap joint is reliable.
