RESEARCH ON SELF-REPAIRING EFFECTS OF NANOMETER ZINC ADDITIVE IN LUBRICANT OIL BY UNIFORM DESIGN METHOD

A friction and wear test was performed to evaluate the self-repairing behavior of nanometer zinc additive in wear system of HQ-1 wear machine by using the uniform design method.The regression analysis of friction and wear test results was carried out by Windows SPSS statistics software.Thus a mathematical model was established to correlate automatic restoration capability with load,slide velocity,concentration and repairing time.The surface morphologies of test blocks before and after repaired under different test conditions were observed on a scanning electron microscope.It was found that the regression formulae could reveal the interaction rule in the main factors of the self-repairing system,order and quantify the impact of important factors,guide the establishment of the best condition of repairing work.
