The control system for a hybrid excavator

2010
The present invention relates to a control system for a hybrid excavator, comprising: an engine; a hydraulic pump driven by the engine for driving the hydraulic oil discharged by means of the actuator; electric generator driven by the engine generating electrical energy; and a power storage means for charging the electric energy storage produced by the generator and supplies electric power to the electric actuator, wherein the control system for a hybrid excavator further comprises: required torque detection means, with in detecting the torque required to drive the hydraulic pump; charge amount detection means for charge rate (or charge amount) detecting the power storage device; and the relevant power level of charging rate based on the torque (or charge amount) of the memory for storing ( or electricity); and a hybrid control means according to the generation amount stored in the memory to control the generator, the torque value and the charge amount detection means detects the power generation amount and the required torque in the memory means for storing the detected charging rate detected value (or charging amount) corresponding to both. A generator connected to the engine based on the torque required for the hydraulic pump and a state of charge (SOC) corresponding to a predetermined power generation operation, in order to maximize fuel efficiency.
