The invention relates to a hole pricking device for a tire sidewall and inside liner pre-compound part and solves the problem that when the pre-compound part is glued with a cord fabric, air is accumulated. The hole pricking device is characterized in that a fluted roller is rotatably supported on a first support and a second support at the lower part of a horizontal cross beam, a mounting frame is fixed on a piston rod of a lifting air cylinder on the horizontal cross beam, two hollow shafts are respectively and fixedly assembled on the mounting frame, two sliding sleeves are sheathed in two hollow shaft sleeves and can slid on the two hollow shafts, two needle rollers are rotatably arranged on the two sliding sleeves, pricking needles are arranged and fixed on the outer surfaces of the two needle rollers, a driving roller driven by a motor is arranged on a horizontal workbench, a transmission mechanism for realizing the reverse rotation of the driving roller and the fluted roller is arranged between the driving roller and the fluted roller, and a carrier roller is assembled at an output end of the horizontal workbench; and a guide roller is arranged on the first support and the second support and is matched with the fluted roller so that the surfaces of the pre-compound parts which are respectively in contact with the guide roller and the fluted roller are turned over. The hole pricking device is simple in structure, convenient to use and adjustable.
