Effect of Various Clinical Parameters and Oxidative Stress Markers on TIMI Flow in Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Interventions

There is limited literature regarding effect of various clinical parameters on TIMI flow in ACS patients who underwent PCI. Also, it is not well known whether oxidative stress which is produced at local site can influence TIMI flow. Our study was done to evaluate role of various clinical parameters and oxidative stress markers on TIMI flow. The TIMI flow showed significant (r= -0.27, p 0.05) with TIMI flow. Pre PCI scores of TIMI flow are much dependent on clinical characteristics rather than antioxidants and free radical marker.
