Colorimetric procedure for determination of methylprednisolone hemi‐ββ′‐dimethylglutarate and methylprednisolone in aqueous solutions

An analytical procedure for the determination of methylprednisolone hemi- cptcpu -dimethylglutarate and its hydrolysis product, methylprednisolone, was developed. The method involves separation of the steroids by extraction, followed by their colorimetric assay.
