Method and system for suspending oblique guys of cable stayed bridge

A method and system for suspending oblique stay cables of the cable-stayed bridge includes such steps as installing guide rope; installing the slide element able to slide along guide rope, suspendingthe front end of oblique stay cable by the first drawing mechanism composed of lifting cable, fixed pulley block and lifter, suspending said slide element by the second drawing mechanism consisting of drawing cable, fixed pulley block pair and manually or mechanically drawer, fixing the oblique stay cable to said slide element, and suspending said oblique stay cable to the specified position by the first and the second drawing mechanisms. Said method can solve the problems of the deflection of stay cable due to too great a weight and the difficulty for suspending it.
