In this paper we have performed an analysis of the various analog circuit techniques that can be applied to mixed ASICs, as well as of the various basic analog components that are necessary to design any ICs that require analog circuitry. As an example of the techniques studied, an 8 bits charge redistribution analog-to-digital converter in a CMOS 2.5 Um technology with two polisilicons and two metals will be designed
