An olefin polymerization catalyst and a catalyst containing composition thereof

The present invention provides an olefin polymerization catalyst and a catalyst containing composition thereof. The catalyst comprising the reaction product of starting materials: dialkoxy magnesium, titanium compound, electron donor compound and an electron donor compound A to B; A is an electron donor compound of general formula Ⅰ sulfonyl compound: wherein X is a substituted or unsubstituted two elements 14 atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted mono-substituted group 15 element or group 16 element atoms atoms, a substituted group is a monocyclic, polycyclic, aliphatic cyclic group or heteroatom-containing chain group; R1, R2 are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkylaryl or heteroatom-containing cyclic group. The catalyst compositions of the present invention provides a catalyst containing the organoaluminum compound, may further comprise a silicone compound. The present invention provides higher activity of the catalyst, the stereospecificity better preparation of the catalyst composition obtained good polymer particle morphology, less fines.
