Wireless safe monitoring management system for engineering blasting

2011
The utility model provides a wireless safe monitoring management system for engineering blasting, which comprises a detector, a recording instrument, a mobile communication module, a central server and a terminal monitoring management system and realizes remote real-time monitoring of blasting conditions of a plurality of engineering blasting points in an area. A plurality of detectors are installed on a blasting site to convert blasting vibration signals into electrical signals. The recording instrument adopts a parallel acquisition of multi-channel signals and processes blasting data. The blasting data of the recording instrument is transmitted by the built-in mobile communication module through a general packet radio service (GPRS), a code division multiple access (CDMA), an enhanced data rate for global system for mobile evolution (EDGE), the third generation telecommunication (3G) and a wireless fidelity (WiFi) network. The appointed central server receives and decodes the blasting data to obtain required data which are managed and stored in centralized mode. The central server is connected with the internet, and users can log in the terminal monitoring management system on line to obtain data information of the blasting site. An embedded operating system is utilized, an advanced risc machine (ARM) serves as a main control chip, and wireless remote real-time management of safe monitoring of the engineering blasting is realized by combining with the mobile communication module.
