A compound of formula I ** ** see formula wherein A is a rsto of formula II ** ** see formula D is oxygen or sulfur E is a single bond, oxygen, sulfur or NR3 Ar 1 is an aromatic heterocyclic ring 5 or 6 members, have 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, wherein no more than one of said heteroatoms is oxygen or sulfur, or Ar 1 is phenyl; Ar 2 is an aromatic heterocyclic ring of 5 or 6 members, have 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, wherein no more than one of said heteroatoms is oxygen or sulfur, or Ar 2 is phenyl, or Ar 2 is an aromatic carbocyclic ring condensed aromatic or heterocyclic ring fused 8 or 9 or 10 members having 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, wherein no more than one of said heteroatoms is oxygen or sulfur, or an aromatic carbocyclic ring 8 or 9 or 10-membered; Ar 1 and Ar the two rings are substituted with 0, 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from: halogen, C1-4 alkyl, C2-4 alkenyl, C2-4 alkynyl, CN, NO2, CF3NR 1 R 2, CH2NR 1 R 2, oR 2, CH 2 oR 2 or CO 2 R 3; R 1 and R 2 in each case independently selected from hydrogen, C 1-4 alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, C (O) R 3, C (O) NHR 3, CO 2 R 3 or SO 2 R 3, or R 1 and R 2 combined are - (CH2) jG (CH2) k- wherein G is oxygen, sulfur, NR 3, or a bond; a, b and c are each 1 or 2; j is 2, 3 or 4; k is 0, 1 or 2, and R 3 in each occurrence is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl alkyl; or a diastereoisomer, enantiomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
