Effect of Sanqi Injection on the expression of mutant P53 and PCNA in H_(22) hepatoma of mice

Objective To study the resistant function of SQ to the expression of mutantP53 and PCNAof H22 hepatica and explore the possible antineoplastic mechanism.Methods The transplantable animal tumor model method was referred to prepare H22hepatocarcinoma cell liquid.H22 hepatica cells were transplanted subcutaneously to right maxillary of ICR mouse.50 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups:the saline group(NS 10 mg/kg),the 5-FUgroup(5-FU25 mg/kg), the SQhigh-dose group(SQH20 mg/kg),the SQmiddle-dose group(SQM10 mg/kg)the SQ low-dose group(SQL5 mg/ kg).Different dosages of drugswere given respectively for 15 days.The gene expression level of mutantP53 and PCNAwas examined.Results Compared with the saline group,the expression level of mutant p53 and PCNA are lower in the SQ high,middle,low dose groups(P 0.05).Conclusion SQ can lowerthe expression level ofmutantp53 and PCNAinH22 hepatoma mice.
