Quantitative determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in PNS pulsatile controlled releasing tablets by RP-HPLC

Objective Establish the quantitative determination method of ginsenoside Rgl in PNS pulsatile controlled releasing tablets. Method Use of RP -HPLC method,chromatographic column was Agilent SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile: water(20:80);detection wavelength:203 nm;column temperature:25℃;flow rate;1.0 mL/min;injection volume;20μL.Results The linear range of ginsenoside Rgl was 0.0588 -0.5292 mg/mL,correlation coefficient was 0.9996;The average recovery was 96.79% (RSD = 1.50%).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used as for the quality control methods.
