Особенности ангиоархитектоники матки и ее влияние на результаты рентгенохирургических вмешательств

We analyzed the results of examination and treatment of 151 patients with benign and malignant space-occupying lesions of uterine (uterine fibroids 146, cervical pregnancy 2, rupture of false aneurysm of the uterine artery 1, cervical cancer; 2) undergoing uterine artery embolization, including 23 cases to stop uterine bleeding of varying intensity after failed conservative measures. Identified anatomical features of the blood supply to the uterus and pelvic organs at various obstetric or gynecological pathology that caused technical difficulties and could affect the results of endovascular interventions. We offered numbers of technical solutions and approaches that allow to performe adequate clinical endovascular intervention, significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the incidence of complications.
