The preparation method of cherry series wine is aimed at expanding variety of cherry wine, retaining vinosity of cherry wine and nutrient content of cherry and providing simple technological process.Said preparation method includes the following steps: natural fermentation, enzyme preparation fermentation and microorganism fermentation, ageing and blending to obtain dry, semi-dry, sweet and semi-sweet type cherry wines. These finished wines possess palatefull taste, various colours and several functions of regulating center and boosting spleen, etc..
