Oblique point plastic feeding channel structure

The invention provides an oblique point plastic feeding channel structure used in a mold. The mold comprises a cavity plate, a core plate, a cavity insert and a core insert. The oblique point plastic feeding channel structure comprises a pouring nozzle, a transverse channel, a vertical channel, an arc portion having an arc bending to the bottom end of the vertical channel, and an oblique channel obliquely connected to the bottom end of the arc portion, the bottom end of the oblique channel is a flow port, the cross section of the oblique channel is an oblique inverted-trapezoid, and two oblique edges of the inverted-trapezoid is tangent to the bottom of the arc portion. Compared with the prior art, the oblique point plastic feeding channel structure has the advantages of realization of the injection molding on the non-exterior surface of a product, flexible and changeable selection of a best feeding point, avoiding of the residual of the injection molding trace on the exterior surface of the product and the projection of the residual material, and avoiding of the post-processing trouble.
