Anomaly in Ce1-xGdxCoSi3Ce1-xGdxCoSi3

The thermal property has been studied on Ce1-xGdxCoSi3Ce1-xGdxCoSi3, where an antiferromagnetic ordering is observed. TNTN linearly decreases with xx and is suppressed at x=0.2x=0.2. The non-Fermi-liquid behavior in C/TC/T is found at x=0.2x=0.2. Another anomaly is found at 3 K at x>0.2x>0.2. C/TC/T is very large below 3 K and diverges at x=0.4x=0.4. The -lnT-lnT behavior in C/TC/T is also observed at x=0.4x=0.4. This indicates that new quantum critical point exists in x=0.4x=0.4.
