Nonoriented electromagnetic steel sheet and method for producing same

The purpose of the present invention is to increase magnetic flux density and reduce core loss. Provided is a nonoriented electromagnetic steel sheet: that has a component composition containing, by mass%, 0.0050% or less of C, 1.50-4.0% of Si, 0.500% or less of Al, 0.10-5.00% of Mn, 0.0200% or less of S, 0.200% or less of P, 0.0050% or less of N, 0.0200% or less of O, and 0.0010-0.0050% of Ca, with Fe and unavoidable impurities as the balance; and that has an Ar 3 transformation point of 700°C or greater, a crystal particle diameter of 80-200 µm, and a Vickers hardness of 140-230 HV.
