일반주거지역의 빛공해 실태와 관리방안

2015
As the surroundings of residential areas are getting commercialized, those residential areas are more and more exposed to a lot of light. As commercial zones are level 4 in management, their permissible light emitting level should be less than 1,000 cd/㎡ but for residential areas, it should be less than 800 cd/㎡. It is more strictly limited. Thus, it is difficult to apply environmental lighting levels based on land use zones to 2nd and 3rd class residential districts because they are located closely to commercial areas. This study investigates the actual conditions of advertisement lighting in the 2nd and 3rd class residential districts of Seoul and proposes level designation plans for environmental lighting zones of these areas.
