As the standard of living increased rapidly in recent years, the dietary habit of people has also changed dramatically. Naturally, people`s concern and interest over the importance of food sanitation and safety has risen most ever. On the other hands, there has been powerful growth of imported food due to the liberalization of international trade under the WTO structure. In the meantime, trade conflicts between the exporting and importing countries are inevitable as the regulation of food importation is different to one another. Therefore, the demand for the standardization of the criterion of international standard and regulations are increasing accordingly. As follows, the inertial companies should ensure to be out of the management system as a controlled factor, under the consideration of the nature of freedom for development of food industry sector. As the same time, companies should support management system with more preventive safety action system and wholesomeness to protect the people. To be in the line with these new modifications, companies should force themselves to go out of the traditional hygienic management system. In addition, companies should prepare a management program to be adaptive to the such a global era and gather knowledge on senior techniques about advanced states food safety management and HACCP Quality System which is recommended by international standard.
