Assembly tooling of an elastic steel wire check ring

2009
The invention discloses an assembly tooling of an elastic steel wire check ring, mainly comprising a spacer sleeve, a short taper transition shaft and a pushing sleeve, wherein the spacer sleeve is used for supporting a check ring to be assembled; one end of the short taper transition shaft is spliced and matched with the spacer sleeve, and the short taper transition shaft is used for swelling the check ring; one end of the pushing sleeve is coaxially matched with the short taper transition shaft in a propping way, and the pushing sleeve is used for buckling the check ring to keep the swelling state of the check ring; the upper end surface of the spacer sleeve, which is spliced and matched with the short taper transition shaft, is provided with an annular supporting surface used for supporting the check ring to be assembled, and the diameter of a trepan boring of the spacer sleeve is smaller than the outer diameter of the check ring to be assembled; the diameter of the small end of the short taper transition shaft is smaller than the inner diameter of the check ring to be assembled, and the diameter of the large end of the short taper transition shaft is smaller than or equal to that of the trepan boring of the spacer sleeve; the pushing sleeve is axially provided with a through hole for a workpiece to penetrate, the periphery of the propping end of the pushing sleeve is provided with a cylindrical surface used for keeping the swelling state of the check ring, and the outer diameter of the cylindrical surface is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the large end of the short taper transition shaft. The invention has simple structure and not only reduces the labor intensity of installers, but also enhances the assembly efficiency.
